Every year since forever, we’ve (my family and the Culter family) celebrated Christmas Eve together. Unfortunately, Cass wasn’t able to join us due to being called to his sea term just before Christmas. Jeff, Laura and Ada were also missed as they were out in the Midwest visiting with Jeff’s side of the family. Still we had an enjoyable, relaxing evening of food and gifts before heading out to the Christmas Eve service at which my parents sang in the choir.
